Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Performance Marketer with proven experience in scaling D2C brands profitably. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns with a minimum ROAS benchmark of 4X, while driving consistent revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Independently manage and scale Google Ads campaigns, including:
Search
Shopping (Standard & Smart)
Performance Max (PMax)
Display & Remarketing
Drive and maintain a minimum 4X ROAS benchmark
Optimize campaigns to improve:
Revenue growth
Cost per Acquisition (CPA)
Cost per Lead (CPL)
Conversion Rate
Average Order Value (AOV)
Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently with strong cost control
Align campaign objectives with sales and revenue targets
Conduct keyword research, bid strategy optimization, and audience segmentation
Perform continuous A/B testing and funnel optimization
Ensure accurate tracking using Google Analytics, GTM, and conversion tracking tools
Present performance reports with clear insights and scaling strategies
Must-Have Experience
Strong D2C performance marketing background
Demonstrated ability to achieve 4X+ ROAS consistently
Experience handling significant ad budgets ($100k+ preferred)
Strong understanding of attribution models and performance scaling
Data-first mindset with strong analytical ability
