- **Location:** Jaipur (Jagatpura office), with field travel across Jaipur and nearby districts

**About the Company**

Sitvik Renew Private Limited is a rooftop solar EPC company based in Jaipur. It installs residential and commercial systems under PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana and other government and private schemes, across Jaipur and nearby districts. The company is scaling from 30 to 200 projects per month.

**Role Purpose**

The role plans and runs digital and offline marketing. Its aims are to generate qualified residential and commercial leads, strengthen the company brand, and support the channel partner network.

**Key Responsibilities**

*Digital Marketing & Lead Generation*

- Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads against defined cost-per-lead targets.

- Manage the company's social media pages, Google Business Profile and WhatsApp Business communication.

- Coordinate website content, landing pages and lead forms.

- Ensure every lead is captured in the company's lead management system.

- Track and report campaign performance: leads, cost per lead and conversion.

*Offline & Field Marketing*

- Organise society/RWA camps, local activations, exhibitions and events.

- Manage hoardings, banners, pamphlets, vehicle branding and site boards at installed projects.

- Build referral tie-ups with local electricians, dealers and builders.

*Channel Partner Support*

- Support onboarding of channel partners (agents) with marketing kits, brochures and product material.

- Manage partner engagement and incentive communication.

*Content & Brand*

- Develop brochures, scheme explainers (subsidy, net metering), customer testimonials, case studies and project photos/videos.

- Maintain brand consistency across all materials.

- Ensure all scheme and subsidy information used in marketing is accurate as per official MNRE and DISCOM sources.

*Market Intelligence*

- Monitor competitor pricing, offers and activities in target districts.

- Gather customer feedback and identify high-potential segments and localities.

*Budget, Vendors & Reporting*

- Manage the monthly marketing budget.

- Coordinate with printers, agencies and event vendors.

- Submit weekly and monthly MIS to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

**Key Performance Indicators**

- Qualified leads per month, by channel

- Cost per lead and cost per acquisition

- Contribution to lead-to-order conversion

- Number of camps and activations conducted

- Channel partners onboarded and active

- Adherence to marketing budget

**Qualifications**

- BBA or MBA only; specialisation in Marketing preferred.

- 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in solar, renewable energy, real estate, consumer durables or B2C services.

**Skills & Competencies**

- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

- Social media content planning.

- Working knowledge of Canva and basic video editing.

- Execution of BTL activities and events.

- Reporting in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

- Fluent Hindi and working English.

- Knowledge of rooftop solar and PM Surya Ghar is an advantage.

**Other Requirements**

- Willingness to travel across Jaipur and nearby districts.

- Availability on weekends for camps and events as required.
