Job Description

Shripal Shanti LLP is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities for residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies to drive sales, build brand visibility, and generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for real estate projects.

• Manage online and offline marketing campaigns to boost brand presence.

• Coordinate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support sales targets.

• Oversee digital marketing activities including social media, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.

• Plan and execute promotional events, site visits, and customer engagement initiatives.

• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.

• Prepare marketing reports and performance metrics for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in real estate marketing (preferred).

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

• Ability to think creatively and execute innovative campaigns.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
