Job Profile: Senior Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in the Hygiene & Personal Care industry, specifically in Baby Diapers, Sanitary Pads, and Wet Wipes. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in product development, sourcing, manufacturing, quality assurance, and vendor management, with a proven ability to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead product development and innovation for Baby Diapers, Sanitary Pads, and Wet Wipes.

· Manage end-to-end sourcing of raw materials and packaging components.

· Coordinate with domestic and international manufacturers to ensure timely production and delivery.

· Ensure products comply with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.

· Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising product quality.

· Identify and develop new suppliers, contract manufacturers, and technology partners.

· Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Procurement, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams.

· Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor products to identify opportunities.

· Handle product commercialization, trials, and successful product launches.

· Monitor manufacturing performance, resolve technical issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and business partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

· A postgraduate qualification (MBA/PGDM in Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field) will be an added advantage.

· 3–5 years of relevant experience in the Baby Diapers, Sanitary Pads, and Wet Wipes industry.

· Hands-on experience in product development, sourcing, manufacturing, quality assurance, or procurement of absorbent hygiene products.

· Strong knowledge of raw materials, manufacturing processes, and quality standards for diapers, sanitary pads, and wet wipes.

· Experience in supplier coordination, vendor development, and production planning.

· Familiarity with product testing, regulatory compliance, and quality management systems.

· Good analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ERP systems is an added advantage
