We are seeking a creative, strategic, and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead Loadsor’s branding, communications, and customer acquisition efforts.
Role Summary
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to increase Loadsor's visibility, generate leads, and strengthen brand positioning in the market. This role requires strong leadership, digital marketing expertise, and a keen understanding of customer needs within the logistics and technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with Loadsor’s business objectives.
Establish brand positioning and ensure message consistency across all channels.
Plan and manage the annual marketing budget.
Digital Marketing
Oversee digital campaigns including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
Manage Loadsor’s website content, analytics, and performance optimization.
Run lead-generation campaigns targeting logistics companies, shippers, transporters, and key industry segments.
Branding & Communication
Build and maintain Loadsor’s brand identity.
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, presentations, and promotional content.
Manage internal and external communications, including press releases and newsletters.
Market Research & Insights
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Conduct customer research to understand needs and improve product-market fit.
Provide insights to support strategic decisions and product enhancements.
Events & Partnerships
Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, webinars, and industry events.
Build partnerships with industry organizations, influencers, and media outlets.
Team Management & Collaboration
Lead and mentor the marketing team.
Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure campaign alignment.
Track marketing KPIs and report progress to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
5-7 years of marketing experience, preferably in logistics, SaaS, transportation tech, or B2B industries.
Strong expertise in digital marketing tools and CRM platforms.
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with branding, content creation, and campaign management.
