Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering high-end, customized trading solutions and advisory support.
Market Analysis & Advisory: Keep updated on stock market trends, company news, and economic indicators to provide actionable insights to clients.
Sales & Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed targets for brokerage revenue, client acquisition, and cross-selling financial products (e.g., Demat accounts, Mutual Funds).
Compliance & Risk: Ensure all trading activities adhere to SEBI and other regulatory guidelines as well as company policies.
Team Leadership (if Branch Manager): Manage, motivate, and guide a team of dealers and advisors to achieve branch-level targets.
