A B2B Marketing Executive is responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that target other businesses, build strong client relationships, and support the company’s sales team in generating qualified leads.
Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO, paid ads).
Create high-quality content such as case studies, whitepapers, presentations, newsletters, and blogs.
Generate qualified leads through targeted campaigns and marketing automation tools.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
Collaborate with the sales team to support lead nurturing and conversion.
Manage CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) for accurate tracking and reporting.
Organize webinars, industry events, and product demos to promote the company.
Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven reports.
Maintain strong brand visibility across professional B2B platforms.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales funnels
Experience with digital marketing, email automation, and content creation
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of CRM, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms
Ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
1–5 years of experience in B2B marketing (depending on role seniority)
Certifications in digital marketing (Google, HubSpot, LinkedIn) are a plus
