Role Overview

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

• Understand client requirements and financial goals to suggest the right luxury property options

• Pitch premium and high-value properties with confidence and clarity

• Build and manage long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients

• Conduct site visits and deliver a premium client experience

• Consistently follow up with leads and drive conversions

• Complete daily assigned tasks and maintain performance reports

• Stay updated with market trends, luxury inventory, and competitor insights

• Negotiate deals and ensure smooth closures

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
