We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, generate high-quality leads, and strengthen our brand presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be experienced in planning and executing marketing campaigns, both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads

• Plan and manage digital marketing activities across platforms such as YouTube, social media, and other advertising channels

• Create and manage paid advertisements (Google Ads, YouTube Ads, social media ads, etc.)

• Promote the company’s brand and services to increase visibility and reach

• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies for better ROI

• Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing activities with business goals

• Identify new marketing opportunities, partnerships, and promotional channels

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and brand promotion

• Experience in running and managing online ad campaigns

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to plan, execute, and analyze marketing strategies effectively

• Result-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in YouTube marketing and digital advertising platforms

• Knowledge of performance marketing and campaign analytics

• Creative mindset with strategic thinking
