ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a poised and dynamic Public Relations (PR) Executive to shape and elevate our brand’s presence in

the industry. This role goes beyond conventional PR—it is about creating meaningful connections, influencing

perception, and positioning the brand with distinction.

As the voice and face of the organization, you will engage with key stakeholders, represent the brand in key industry

forums and high-impact business interactions, and craft a strong, credible market presence through strategic

communication and relationship-building. If you have a natural flair for networking, a refined communication style,

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Public Relations & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, PMCs, contractors, channel partners, and

key stakeholders.

• Act as the face of the organization, ensuring a consistent and positive brand image.

• Represent the company in meetings, industry events, and professional forums.

• Develop meaningful engagement strategies to enhance brand perception and trust.

o Brand Communication & Visibility

• Strengthen brand presence through effective communication and on-ground initiatives.

• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all external interactions.

• Identify opportunities to enhance visibility through collaborations and industry engagement.

o Market Intelligence & Insights

• Monitor market trends, competitor positioning, and industry developments.

• Share insights to support and refine communication strategies.

• Gather feedback from stakeholders to improve brand outreach and positioning.

o On-Ground Presence & Brand Alignment

• Ensure consistent and high-quality brand representation across key project sites and external

touchpoints.

• Oversee branding execution in alignment with company standards and guidelines

o Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain structured reports on stakeholder interactions, meetings, and insights.

• Ensure effective communication flow between internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Support alignment of communication strategies across departments.
