Develop and execute sales strategies for rooftop and ground-mounted solar EPC projects (Residential, Commercial & Industrial).
Identify new business opportunities, channel partners, and corporate clients.
Generate, qualify, and close high-value solar EPC contracts.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, techno-commercial proposals, negotiation, and closure.
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and decision-makers.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team (Field Sales, Telecallers, Channel Partners).
Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of revenue goals.
Review daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline status.
Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams for feasibility, costing, and BOQ preparation.
Ensure accurate pricing, margins, and compliance with company policies.
Support contract finalization, LOI, and agreement processes.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and government solar policies.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and management presentations.
Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and business forums.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
2-6 years of experience.
Proven track record of closing solar EPC projects.
