Responsibilities:
l Design and execute marketing strategies which focus on each specific audience: including tenants, brokers, investors, and employees/potential employees. Compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies.
l Developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
l Take up brand building activity to entice decision makers from the Builder fraternity.
l Maintaining accurate information on company website, and designing promotional web landing pages to track effectiveness of other marketing initiatives
l Managing overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, and advertising and marketing promotional events.
l Create marketing & communication collaterals
l Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)
l Coordinating with external agencies
l Coordinating with Vendors for marketing collaterals
Desired Candidate:
l 2-6 Years in Marketing, offline & online, PR, Working with Ad agencies etc
l Must have good knowledge of Branding
l Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
l MBA in Marketing course will be PLUS (Preferred)
l Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point)
