MANAGER - MARKETING Own and drive the overall marketing strategy across different business divisions in line with organizational goals. • Plan, manage, and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, brand, performance, retail, SEO, Performance Ads etc.) for all internal divisions. • Act as the primary liaison with external marketing agencies, including creative, digital, media, and PR agencies. • Develop and manage annual and quarterly marketing calendars across divisions. • Ensure consistency in brand guidelines, messaging, and communication standards across all campaigns. • Review, approve, and monitor agency deliverables including creatives, media plans, content, and performance reports. • Track campaign performance and ROI, analyze insights, and recommend improvements. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (sales, product, operations, leadership) to gather requirements and align campaigns with business priorities. • Manage marketing budgets, track spends and ensure cost effectiveness across divisions.
