As we expand our market footprint, we're building a strong field marketing team to connect with customers, uncover new opportunities, and bring our vision of smart, stylish interiors to more homes and projects.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We seek a confident, target-driven Marketing Executive to generate qualified leads and new business for our retail showroom through field visits, networking, and relationship building across the construction and real-estate ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily field visits to residential/commercial construction sites, builders, developers, and potential client locations.

Identify upcoming construction, renovation, and interior-design projects; generate and qualify leads.

Build and maintain relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, Developers, Brokers, and Site Managers.

Promote company services (Modular Kitchens, Wardrobes, Vanity, CNC Stone Designs, Inlay work, Semi Precious Stone Furniture etc.) and explain portfolio, USPs, and capabilities.

Follow up consistently to convert leads into closed business; maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and conversions.

Achieve monthly targets for field visits, lead generation, and sales; stay informed on local market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Professional demeanor with strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

Working knowledge of local construction/real-estate markets and basic interior-design/construction requirements.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable in a field-sales role with extensive travel.

Preferred Profile

Prior experience in field sales, business development, real estate, construction, architecture, interior design, or modular furniture is advantageous.
