Conduct field marketing activities across colleges, coaching institutes, schools, hostels, and nearby student hubs
Plan, set up, and manage canopy/stall activations at high-footfall locations to promote the app and drive student engagement
Recruit, train, manage, and supervise field marketing teams to ensure effective on-ground execution
Assign daily targets, monitor field activities, and track individual and team performance against defined KPIs
Engage directly with students to clearly explain app features, usability, and benefits
Execute on-ground promotions, events, canopy activations, and micro-campaigns to increase brand visibility
Distribute promotional materials such as pamphlets, posters, QR cards, and other collateral to encourage app downloads and registrations
Support new users at canopy desks and field locations by guiding them through app downloads, registration, booking flows, and key features
Conduct desk campaigns inside institutes and manage canopy branding to maximize awareness and recall
Implement visibility strategies through canopy placement and on-ground branding to drive app adoption and engagement
Collect user feedback and market insights from student interactions and team reports to improve campaign effectiveness
Prepare and share daily performance reports, including team productivity, canopy results, observations, and follow-ups
Build and maintain strong relationships with student leaders, campus influencers, local promoters, and institutional partners
