We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team at Leadquest Educations And Management Academy to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams

• Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities

• Collect market data and competitor insights

• Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness

• Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns

• Manage your brand’s social image on channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.

  •Offline Marketing & Outreach

  • School/college visits

  • Education fairs & seminars

  • Corporate outreach for working professionals

  • Local branding (banners, flyers, newspaper ads)

  • Develop a structured admissions marketing plan

  • Identify target segments (students, working professionals, parents)

  • Define ideal student profile (age, qualification, location, income level)

  • Set monthly/quarterly lead & enrollment targets

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
