The Marketing Manager will be the creative heartbeat and strategic lead of our brand’s local presence. This role isn't about sitting behind a desk; it’s about owning the city. You will be responsible for conceptualizing fresh offers, executing high-impact local campaigns, and ensuring our brand is the first name people think of in the market. City-Wide Presence: Develop and execute innovative "street-level" and digital marketing strategies to make the brand active and visible in every corner of the city.
Innovative Campaigns: Create unique, high-energy events or stunts that stop people in their tracks and get them talking.
Incentive Design: Brainstorm and launch new, irresistible offers and loyalty programs to drive immediate foot traffic and sales.
Trend Jacking: Monitor market trends to ensure our promotions are always more exciting than the competition’s.
End-to-End Ownership: Handle every aspect of a campaign, from the initial "big idea" to the final rollout and performance analysis.
Local Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with local influencers, businesses, and community leaders to expand our reach.
Manage local social media presence to mirror the excitement happening on the ground.
Ensure all physical branding (signage, flyers, pop-ups) is consistent and high-quality.
Education: Must be a Graduate (Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred).
Experience: Proven track record of running successful marketing campaigns or "activations."
Skills: Exceptional communication, creative copywriting, and basic design sense.
