Role Summary:
Responsible for on-ground marketing and sales activities, client visits, and business development in assigned territories. The role involves meeting potential customers, understanding their needs, and generating qualified leads for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to identify new business opportunities.
Meet potential clients, explain product details, and generate leads.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and end users.
Execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Gather market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Achieve assigned sales and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing preferred.
1–3 years of field sales/marketing experience (preferably in industrial or B2B products).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
