Job Overview

House of EV is looking for an experienced, energetic, and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activities, generate business leads, increase brand awareness, and expand our electric vehicle business across Delhi NCR.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital marketing, field marketing, lead generation, sales conversion, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

- Develop marketing strategies to increase electric scooter sales.

- Generate leads for EV scooter rentals and fleet operations.

- Promote the Fleet Business Partner program.

- Identify new markets and business expansion opportunities.

- Build relationships with corporate clients, delivery companies, and business partners.

2. Digital Marketing

- Manage Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

- Plan social media posts, reels, promotional videos, and advertisements.

- Generate quality leads through online marketing.

- Monitor advertising budgets, campaign performance, and ROI.

- Improve online visibility and brand recognition.

3. Fleet & Rental Marketing

- Develop strategies to increase rental scooter bookings.

- Organize rider acquisition campaigns for delivery platforms.

- Coordinate promotional activities at EV rental hubs.

- Build referral programs to attract new riders.

- Work closely with hub managers to achieve vehicle utilization targets.

4. Team Management

- Recruit, train, and manage field marketing executives and telecallers.

- Assign daily and monthly lead-generation targets.

- Monitor team performance and sales conversions.

- Conduct regular training and performance reviews.

5. Reporting & Performance

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.

- Track leads, conversions, marketing expenses, and customer acquisition costs.

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

- Develop action plans to achieve business growth targets.

Required Qualifications

- Graduate or MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.

- Experience in EV, automobile, rental, fleet management, or mobility businesses preferred.

- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp marketing, and CRM software.

- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills.

- Ability to handle teams and achieve business targets.

- Good knowledge of Delhi NCR markets.

- Monthly qualified leads generated.

- New rental riders onboarded.
