Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to drive sales of Trolley Tankers and Agricultural/Farming Equipment. The candidate will be responsible for developing new markets, generating leads, building dealer networks, visiting customers, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

- Generate new leads through field visits, dealer networks, references, digital marketing, and local market activities.

- Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors in different markets.

- Visit farmers, dealers, contractors, and other potential customers.

- Explain product features, pricing, benefits, and applications to customers.

- Arrange product demonstrations and support customers during the sales process.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and customers.

- Identify new markets and business opportunities for agricultural equipment.

- Track competitor pricing, products, and market activities.

- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.

- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

- Ensure achievement of assigned sales and revenue targets.

Preferred Candidate

- 2–10 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in agricultural machinery, farming equipment, automobile, tractor, or related industries.

- Experience in dealer/distributor development will be an advantage.

- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

- Strong field-sales and customer-handling abilities.

- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.

- Knowledge of the agricultural market and farming equipment is preferred.

- Must be target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.

- Candidates with an existing network among agriculture dealers/farmers will be preferred.

Compensation

Salary: ₹15000– ₹35000 per month + Attractive Sales Incentives
