We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Gritolo Global India Private Limited. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the construction, building materials, real estate, infrastructure or related industries and should be capable of handling both online and offline marketing activities to promote the company’s brand, products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute marketing campaigns related to construction projects, building materials and infrastructure services
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, builders, channel partners and internal teams
Handle promotions, site branding, exhibitions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities
Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the construction and infrastructure sector
Generate leads through online and offline channels and support business development activities
Build brand awareness and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Develop advertising strategies and create marketing campaigns for construction-related services/products
Manage the company’s social media presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn
Prepare marketing reports, presentations and promotional materials
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass/Graduate with 2 - 5 years of experience in construction, real estate, infrastructure, building materials or related industries.
Candidates should possess:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of digital marketing and branding
Understanding of construction market trends and customer requirements
Basic knowledge of AI tools, CRM tools and marketing software
Creative thinking and field marketing capabilities
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage on-ground activities
Salary:
₹20,000 - ₹50,000 In-hand (based on experience and skills)
