Role Overview
A Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies to promote a company’s products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
Manage digital marketing (social media, SEO, email campaigns, ads)
Plan and oversee advertising, promotions, and branding activities
Coordinate with sales teams to improve lead generation and conversions
Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
Build and maintain brand identity and reputation
Organize events, product launches, and promotional activities

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Salary (India Approx)
₹4 LPA – ₹12 LPA (depends on experience, company, and location)
