मार्केटिंग मैनेजर

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team at Bhalla Techtran Industries Limited to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹40000 - ₹50000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Minimum Qualification : Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Communications, Business); some roles require Master's.

• Experience: Varies, often requires several years in marketing in Auto Ancillary Industries

• Strategy & Planning: Develop multi-channel marketing strategies, identify target audiences, research market trends, and plan campaigns.

• Skills: Strategic thinking, leadership, data analysis, project management, strong communication.

• Work closely with sales, product, creative, and executive teams to align marketing with business objectives.

• Role entails coordination with production Plant, product to ensure timely receipts of material delivery of finished goods.

• Have a good communication skills.

• Must have knowledge of the material Dispatch, receipt activities, stock, packaging, Dispatch Planning, documentation.

• To ensure timely and accurate documentation, dispatch notes coordination within team & buyer.

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams

• Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities

• Collect market data and competitor insights

• Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness

• Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6+ years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
