We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to join our team at Spectrum Metro Mall. Your primary focus will be to drive revenue through strategic marketing campaigns, increasing footfall, maximizing tenant sales, and generating premium revenue through in-mall branding, events, and promotions. You will work closely with leasing and operational teams to achieve commercial targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Revenue Generation: Develop and execute marketing strategies, activations, and exhibitions that directly contribute to increased mall revenue.
· In-Mall Branding & Media: Monetize common areas of the mall by selling advertising space to brands, creative kiosk setups, and experiential marketing activations.
· Tenant Marketing & Support: Work with existing retail tenants to promote their brand within the mall, encouraging higher sales, which impacts revenue-sharing models.
· Event & Activation Management: Plan, organize, and execute marketing events, weekend promotions, and seasonal campaigns to increase footfall.
· Digital & Social Media Presence: Coordinate with the digital team to drive online visibility and manage the malls reputation on social platforms.
· Market Analysis & Reporting: Analyze footfall data and ROI of campaigns to present weekly/monthly reports on revenue generation to management.
· Vendor Management: Negotiate with creative agencies, event vendors, and media partners for cost-effective execution of campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Mall Marketing, Retail Marketing, or Real Estate Sales in Noida/NCR.
· Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing is a plus.
· Commercial Awareness: Strong understanding of how mall activations and marketing spend translate into revenue.
· Negotiation Skills: Excellent capability to negotiate with advertisers and event partners.
· Communication: Fluent in Hindi and English with good presentation skills.
· Tools: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with digital marketing trends.
