Akshar Árbol International School (AAIS) is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated online and offline marketing strategies that drive brand visibility, admissions enquiries, and parent engagement across campuses.
This role works closely with the Admissions, Academic, and Leadership teams to position AAIS as a preferred international school choice and to support enrollment growth through structured, data-driven marketing initiatives.
Plan and execute annual marketing and admissions campaigns aligned to school goals
Strengthen AAIS brand positioning across digital and on-ground platforms
Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels
Manage digital lead-generation campaigns across Google, Meta, social media, and portals
Track enquiries, lead quality, conversions, and ROI in coordination with Admissions
Develop and manage content, landing pages, SEO initiatives, and digital campaigns to drive quality enquiries
Track and analyse enquiries, lead quality, conversions, and ROI in close coordination with the Admissions team
Monitor campaign performance and optimise strategies based on data and insights
Plan and execute offline promotions, including open houses, school tours, education fairs, events, and strategic partnerships
Lead local outreach initiatives such as engagement with residential communities, apartment complexes, play zones, activity centres, libraries, clinics, and neighbourhood hubs with high parent footfall
Coordinate branding collateral, print materials, outdoor visibility (standees, banners, signages), and vendor execution
Support campus-level marketing initiatives tailored to ECR and T. Nagar catchment areas
Work closely with Admissions Counsellors to improve lead quality and strengthen the admissions conversion funnel
Analyse enquiry sources, parent feedback, and campaign effectiveness to refine targeting and messaging
Build and maintain relationships with media partners, education platforms, and relevant publication channels to enhance brand visibility
Establish and nurture corporate partnerships, tie-ups with organisations, co-working spaces, hospitals, IT parks, clubs, and other high parent-footfall locations to boost admissions and outreach
Manage marketing agencies, designers, printers, and digital partners
Plan and control marketing budgets, vendor costs, and timelines
Maintain dashboards for enquiries, campaigns, conversions, and spend
Present periodic reports and insights to school leadership
Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation
Experience in both online and offline marketing execution
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse leads and conversions
Strong coordination, vendor management, and communication skills
Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
6–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education, services, or consumer-facing industries
Experience working closely with sales/admissions teams is a strong advantage
