The Marketing Head will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen the company's brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support business growth.

The role involves managing both online and offline marketing activities, overseeing branding initiatives, product marketing, digital campaigns, exhibitions, and coordinating with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the building materials, interior products, furniture fittings, hardware, architectural products, or related B2B industries

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.

• Build brand awareness across target markets.

• Identify new marketing opportunities and industry trends.

• Prepare and manage the annual marketing budget.

Brand Management

• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all communication channels.

• Develop brand positioning and messaging.

• Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines.

• Strengthen the company's market presence among architects, interior designers, contractors, dealers, distributors, and builders.

Digital Marketing

• Lead digital marketing initiatives across social media platform.

• Increase website traffic and improve conversion rates

• Monitor website performance using analytics tools.

Trade Marketing & Events

• Plan and execute exhibitions, trade fairs, dealer meets, product launch events, customer engagement programs, etc.

• Coordinate event logistics and promotional activities.

• Evaluate event effectiveness and ROI.

Content & Creative Development

• Oversee development of product videos, blogs, social media content, etc.

• Ensure high-quality creative communication
  

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

• Monitor competitor pricing, products, and campaigns.

• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys.

• Analyze market trends and customer preferences.

• Recommend new products and market opportunities

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.

• Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance.

• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, photographers, printers, and digital marketing partners.
