# Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head with a strong background in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, generating quality leads, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting sales growth for residential and commercial projects.

# Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects.

* Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.

* Drive lead generation activities and improve lead conversion rates.

* Coordinate closely with the sales team to achieve business targets.

* Manage branding, advertising, promotional campaigns, events, and exhibitions.

* Handle project launches, media planning, and public relations activities.

* Monitor marketing performance and ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

* Manage relationships with advertising agencies, media partners, and vendors.

* Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and marketing effectiveness.

* Strong knowledge of Real Estate marketing and lead generation.

* Expertise in Digital Marketing, Branding, and Campaign Management.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

* Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

# Qualification

* MBA in Marketing / PGDM Marketing preferred.

* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in the Real Estate sector.

* Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and lead generation.
