Key Responsibilities
1) Oversee and manage technical training programs, ensuring high-quality delivery and learner satisfaction.
2) Counsel prospective students and convert inquiries into enrollments.
3) Coordinate closely with trainers, marketing/sales teams, and management to achieve organizational goals.
4) Identify and develop new business opportunities, collaborations, and partnerships.
5) Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements across technical and promotional functions.
Requirements
1) Prior experience in marketing, sales, admissions counselling, or related roles preferred.
2) Strong communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.
3) Ability to balance technical responsibilities with marketing and promotional initiatives.
4) Proactive mindset with problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
