We are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and scale our digital presence through data-driven strategies and creative campaigns.
Role & Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
Drive ROI-focused strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand growth.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to maximize conversions.
Collaborate with the design and content teams for ad creatives and messaging.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates.
Requirements
Proven experience (3+ years) in performance marketing or paid digital campaigns.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other ad platforms.
Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Ability to manage budgets effectively and deliver ROI-positive campaigns.
