We are looking for a Marketing Head to join our team at Medfe to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. PCD Franchise Development

• Identify, appoint, and manage PCD/Franchise partners across targeted territories.

• Develop expansion strategies to increase franchise presence pan-India.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors to ensure consistent business.

2. Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans for PCD promotions.

• Plan and execute product launches, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.

• Ensure competitive pricing, scheme planning, and market positioning.

3. Sales & Business Growth

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through PCD partners.

• Monitor sales performance, product movement, and secondary sales.

• Implement strategies for low-performing areas to boost sales.

4. Product Portfolio Management

• Identify new molecules, product gaps, and trending segments for portfolio expansion.

• Coordinate with R&D, Purchase, and Production teams for new product development and timely dispatches.

• Ensure competitive product pricing and margin structures.

5. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and train the marketing and sales team.

• Allocate targets, monitor KPIs, and ensure overall team performance.

• Conduct market research and guide the team on field insights.

6. Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure marketing activities comply with pharmaceutical guidelines and company policies.

• Supervise agreements, onboarding formalities, and compliance documentation for franchise partners.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 4 - 6+ years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools and a creative approach.

Qualification

• B.Pharma / M.Pharma / B.Sc / MBA (Marketing) preferred

• Must have relevant experience in PCD Pharma marketing or franchise development
