Job Summary
The Zonal Head will be responsible for driving franchise expansion in the assigned zone by identifying, onboarding, and supporting franchise partners. This role involves field sales, business development, relationship management, and operational coordination to ensure successful franchise growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and convert new franchise leads within the assigned zone
Manage the complete franchise sales cycle, from enquiry to deal closure
Coordinate franchise agreements, documentation, and onboarding processes
Support and guide existing franchise partners to ensure business growth
Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and business events
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in Franchise Sales / B2B Sales / Channel Sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to work in a field-based, target-driven role
Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills
