Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Senior B2B Demand Generation Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B demand generation, pipeline building, conversion, and account-based marketing (ABM), with a focus on India and APAC markets, to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop multi-channel demand generation campaigns (e.g., email, webinars) for India and APAC.
Build and qualify a robust sales pipeline using data insights.
Collaborate with sales to convert leads into revenue through targeted outreach.
Design and execute ABM strategies for key accounts.
Analyze market trends and buyer behavior to refine targeting.
Work with sales and marketing teams for seamless campaign execution.
Monitor ROI and adjust tactics using analytics tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
2-7 years in B2B demand generation, pipeline management, and ABM, with 3-5 years in India/APAC.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in SaaS, technology, or enterprise software.
Success in scaling ABM for mid-market/enterprise clients in India/APAC.
Knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
