We are looking for a smart, energetic, and client-focused Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager to join our dynamic team at DK Lights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client research, sales follow-ups, showroom presentations, and maintaining relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders. This role combines in-house marketing coordination with field-level client engagement.
Identify and build a database of potential clients (architects, designers, builders, contractors)
Conduct online research and cold calling to generate new leads
Maintain and update the client database regularly
Reach out to clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media
Handle walk-in and appointment-based showroom visits
Schedule and attend meetings at client offices or project sites
Explain product features, pricing, and applications
Share product catalogs, presentations, and customized proposals
Assist in preparing WhatsApp creatives, flyers, and basic social media posts
Coordinate with the internal marketing/design team for campaign execution
Follow up on promotions, offers, and showroom events
Maintain follow-up schedules and track inquiries to closure
Record all client interactions and prepare weekly reports
Input data into CRM/Excel for performance tracking
Excellent verbal & written communication (English & Hindi)
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Confident in handling clients and giving product demos
Basic understanding of lighting products (training will be provided)
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Social media awareness (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel locally for meetings and site visits
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing
Training on lighting and interior product knowledge
