Key Responsibilities

• Build and expand a strong network of Educational Consultants, Admission Agents, and School/Coaching Teachers across Bihar.

• Drive student admissions through B2B partnerships and referral networks.

• Promote programs like BBA, BCA, MBA, MCA, PGDM, and other courses.

• Maintain long-term relationships with partners and ensure smooth coordination.

• Organize field visits, seminars, and networking events to increase admissions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Education Marketing, Admissions, or EdTech Sales.

• Strong network of educational consultants, agents, and teachers in Bihar.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Target-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel across Bihar.

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Patna.
