Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote recruitment services.
Generate new client leads through digital platforms, networking, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and candidates.
Create engaging marketing content for social media, website, and promotional materials.
Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, and social media).
Conduct market research to identify hiring trends and new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to align marketing with business goals.
Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and corporate events for brand promotion.
Track and analyze marketing performance to ensure ROI.
