Job Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell pavers and tiles to builders, contractors, architects, and real estate developers.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the assigned territory.

• Visit project sites, dealers, and potential customers regularly.

• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.

• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.

• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily/weekly sales reports.

• Coordinate with the factory and logistics team for smooth order execution.

Candidate Requirements:

• Male candidate preferred.

• Must have own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

• Immediate joiner preferred.

• Experience in real estate/construction materials/building products sales is an added advantage.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to travel locally for field sales activities.

• Basic knowledge of Experience:

• MS Excel and WhatsApp reporting is a plus.

  Minimum 0–3 years in field sales (real estate or related industry preferred).

Education:

• Any graduate/diploma (sales-oriented candidates with relevant experience can also apply).
