Position: Marketing Executive
Industry: Recruitment & HR Consultancy
Job Location: Lalpur, Raipur (C.G.)
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers Can Apply)
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote recruitment services.
Generate leads and identify potential corporate clients.
Manage social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Create engaging marketing content, posts, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with the business development and recruitment teams.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Promote company services through digital and offline marketing activities.
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
Knowledge of Canva and MS Office will be an advantage.
Creative thinking and marketing skills.
Ability to generate leads and engage with potential clients.
Willingness to learn and grow.
