Job Overview: SS Jena & Associates is looking for a highly motivated and active Marketing Field Executive to join our team in Baripada for the Mayurbhanj district region. You will be the face of our company, responsible for driving business growth across our financial planning and digital agency verticals. Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Actively promote and market our comprehensive range of financial planning products and digital agency services to local clients and businesses.

• Network Expansion: Identify, pitch, and recruit new agents to help expand our insurance distribution network.

• Lead Generation: Conduct field visits to generate new leads, meet prospective clients, and understand their financial or digital needs.

• Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and business partners in the Mayurbhanj district region.

• Goal Achievement: Meet monthly business and agent-recruitment targets consistently.

• Maintain the database and reports for all activities digitally, apart from hard copies

Requirements & Skills:

• Education: 12th Pass or Any Graduate.

• Experience: 0 to 6+ years. (Prior experience in field sales, marketing, or agency recruitment is a big plus.

• Skills: Excellent communication and convincing skills. Must be fluent in Odia; working knowledge of Hindi or English is preferred. Computer knowledge will be an added advantage

• Mobility: Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license, as this role involves local daily travel.

• Personality: Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable talking to new people.
