Job Summary:
The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing on-ground marketing activities, building brand visibility, and generating qualified leads. This role involves direct interaction with customers, vendors, and partners to drive engagement, sales growth, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
● Plan and execute field marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
● Visit potential clients, distributors, and retail outlets to promote products and services.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure brand loyalty.
● Generate leads through field visits, product demonstrations, and local activations.
● Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
● Gather feedback from customers and the market to support business strategy.
● Ensure brand visibility through effective placement of promotional materials.
● Support new client acquisition and business development initiatives.
● Maintain accurate records of field activities, customer interactions, and expenses.
Requirements:
● 6 months to 2 years of experience in field marketing, sales, or brand promotion. (Field sales)
● Two wheeler license mandatory
● Strong communication(multi lingual), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
● Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
● Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
