We are looking for a Marketing Field Executive to join our team at Smartson Enterprises to help plan and execute marketing. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement, and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
Generate leads via online/offline channels (calls, emails, social media, field visits, etc.)
Convert leads into clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute promotions
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth areas
Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and client interactions
Support in brand building and business expansion strategies

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 2 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills.
