Job Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated, high-energy Outside Sales Executive to grow our market share within the [Region/Territory]. Key Responsibilities
Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic plan to maximize coverage and sales within your assigned geographic area.
Face-to-Face Prospecting: Conduct "cold walks" or scheduled site visits to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Product Demonstrations: Present products or services in person, often providing "on-site" trials or physical samples.
Relationship Building: Establish a strong local presence by attending community events, local chamber of commerce meetings, and industry trade shows.
Client Retention: Regularly visit existing accounts to ensure satisfaction, troubleshoot issues, and identify upsell opportunities.
Sales Documentation: Accurately log all daily field activities, mileage, and client interactions into the CRM via mobile devices.
Competitive Intelligence: Report back on local competitor pricing, promotions, and new product launches observed in the field.
