Position: Marketing / Sales Executive – Marble & Granite
Location: Bangalore
Experience: Proven experience in Sales & Marketing; Construction/Interior industry preferred

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Incentives
Gender: Female Candidates Only
Work Type: Field / Market-based
Working Days: 6 Days + 1 Weekly Off

Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing / Sales Executive to promote and sell Italian Marbles, Granites and related products to clients in the construction and interior industry. The candidate will be responsible for meeting Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors and other key influencers to generate business and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Promote and sell Italian Marbles, Granites and related products.

· Meet Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors and other influencers regularly.

· Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and influencers.

· Achieve monthly sales targets through effective marketing and sales strategies.

· Conduct market research to identify new projects, customers and market opportunities.

· Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.

· Monitor competitor activities, market trends and pricing.

· Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

· Prepare regular sales/marketing reports and coordinate with the office team.

Work Schedule

· 5 Days: Marketing activities, market visits and client meetings.

· 1 Day: Visit the office for meetings, reporting, planning and coordination.

· 1 Day: Weekly Off.

Note: The role is primarily market/field-based, with only one office visit per week.

Required Skills

· Strong sales and negotiation skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good knowledge of the construction, marble, granite or interior industry.

· Strong customer relationship management skills.

· Market research and business development skills.

· Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

· Excellent follow-up and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

· Presentable, confident and professional personality.

Candidate Profile

· Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.

· Proven experience in Sales & Marketing; construction/interior/building materials experience preferred.

· Experience dealing with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders or Contractors will be an advantage.

· Should be comfortable with regular market visits and client meetings.

· Female candidates only.

· 2 Female Executives / Managers can also be considered.

💰 Salary & Benefits

₹30,000 – ₹35,000 + Attractive Incentives
