RD Paints is Hiring 02 female candidates (only) for the post of

Field Marketing Executive

Location : 01 for NCR, 01 for South Delhi

Salary : Competitive base salary + Bonus (percentage basis on every closing deal)

Job Overview & Responsibilities :-

Daily Field Visits : Meet potential Architects/ Contractors, and corporate partners in person.

Lead Generation : Pitch products & services to potential clients (Architects/ Contractors) and bring in new business opportunities by cold-calling & visiting the sites/properties.

Note: Leads will not be provided, you will have to generate new leads. Fuel allowance for daily commute for client visits will be provided but candidate has to bring their own 2-wheeler.

Reporting : Submit daily and weekly logs of visits, leads, and competitor insights to the manager.

Eligibility Requirements :-

Travel : A personal two-wheeler (Bike or Scooty) and a valid driving license are mandatory.

Education : We do not explicitly require a degree, as we believe practical skills and capabilities are more important than a traditional qualification. However, candidates should have completed at least their 12th grade (in any stream). A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field would be an added advantage.

Experience : Ranging from 6 months to 4+ years of field sales or marketing experience.

Communication : Good spoken English skills along with convincing ability to close the deals quickly.
