Job Title: Marketing & Sales Executive

About the Company:

Puri Banker is a growing manufacturing company in the cake and biscuit industry, with a fully equipped factory and a network of 9+ retail shops. The company is committed to delivering high-quality, fresh bakery products and expanding its market presence.

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Marketing & Sales Executive (3–4 years experience) who is presentable, confident, and skilled in communication, with a strong focus on driving sales and market growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Plan and execute marketing campaigns
Work with the sales team to achieve targets
Generate leads and handle client queries
Maintain client relationships
Track sales performance and prepare reports

Required Skills:

Excellent communication & presentation
Presentable personality
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Knowledge of marketing techniques
Analytical and time management skills
Ability to work under pressure

Qualifications:
