मार्केटिंग फील्ड एग्जीक्यूटिव

We are looking for a Marketing Field Executive to join our team at PA Facilities & Infra Services to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Coordinate with vendors, partners and internal teams

• Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities

• Collect market data and competitor insights

• Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness

• Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns

• Manage your brand’s social image on channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.

Job Requirements:

• Generate new business by identifying and meeting potential clients.

• Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate recruitment.

• Source, screen, and mobilize candidates for client requirements.

• Visit client locations to ensure smooth manpower deployment and maintain client relationships.

• Achieve monthly business development and recruitment targets.

• Submit daily field visit and activity reports.

Requirements:

• Any Degree or Diploma.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi.

• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.

• Experience in Business Development, Field Sales, or Recruitment is an added advantage.

• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
