Position: Field Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to drive sales by identifying new customers, developing relationships, generating leads, and achieving assigned sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for regular field visits and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads through field visits, referrals, and local market activities.

• Visit prospective and existing customers regularly to understand their requirements.

• Present products/services and explain features, benefits, pricing, and offers.

• Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Follow up with prospects, quotations, orders, and payments.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer service.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and sales records.

• Ensure excellent customer experience and support after-sales requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a related role.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

• Good knowledge of the local market.

• Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
