Marketing Field Executive

We are looking for a Marketing Field Executive / Business development executive to join our team at Niroog Diagnostics Centre Pvt. Ltd. to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online and offline promotions, customer engagement and branding activities, Franchise development, Health Camp promotions etc . The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹ 10,000 - ₹ 16,000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with vendors, franchise partners and internal teams
• Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities for health camp and Franchise development
• Collect market data and competitor insights
• Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness
• Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns
• Manage your brand’s social image on channels like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.

21 Days Mandatory Task Evaluation (As Per Company Norms) The selected candidate will undergo a mandatory 21 Days Performance Evaluation Task after joining the company. During this period, the candidate will be required to:  Conduct and coordinate assigned health camps.  Generate franchise business leads.  Submit daily activity and reporting updates.  Achieve assigned field visit and meeting targets.  Demonstrate business conversion capability and communication skills.  Maintain professional discipline and company reporting standards. Successful completion of the 21 Days Task Evaluation will be considered mandatory for confirmation of employment as per company norms and management approval.
