Sales & Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join Neya Memveins Technologies in Ahmedabad. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a career in sales and marketing.

The role involves lead generation, customer engagement, market research, brand promotion, and executing both online and offline marketing campaigns.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (In-hand)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.

• Generate new leads through various marketing and sales channels.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

• Deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.

• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

• Organize promotional activities, events, and BTL (Below The Line) marketing initiatives.

• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Develop advertising strategies to increase brand awareness.

• Manage and enhance the company's presence on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Maintain sales records and prepare reports to track performance and support business decisions.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Diploma or Graduate.

• Experience: 0–2 years in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

• Gender: Male.

• Industry: Water Treatment / Waste Management.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms.

• Basic understanding of AI tools and marketing tools.
