About the Role:
We are looking for freshers or junior-level individuals with an interest in market research to join our research and strategy team.
This role offers hands-on exposure to real estate market research, project analysis, pricing studies, and data-driven insights, and involves significant on-ground field research.
No prior real estate experience is mandatory. Candidates who are comfortable with fieldwork and eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Market & Area Research
Collect and organize on-ground and secondary data on locations and micro-markets, including population, connectivity, infrastructure, and surrounding developments.
Conduct field visits to understand locality dynamics, project visibility, and accessibility.
Track existing, upcoming, and announced projects in assigned areas.
Gather data on price ranges, demand trends, and absorption insights under guidance.
Maintain area-wise research trackers and summaries.
Project Research & Data Collection
Visit project sites to collect project-level details such as configuration, amenities, pricing displays, and construction status.
Support research on approvals, timelines, and project positioning.
Update internal project databases and trackers regularly.
Assist in preparing project comparison sheets.
Competitor & Builder Research
Conduct on-ground competitor research by visiting sites and interacting with sales teams where required.
Support collection of competitor pricing, schemes, and offers.
Assist in researching builder profiles, delivery history, and market presence.
Maintain structured competitor and builder data sheets.
Land Research & Field Support
Support seniors in land scouting activities, including site identification and basic evaluation.
Assist during land site visits and document observations and surroundings.
Help record basic land details such as size, access, and nearby developments.
Maintain land research and visit trackers.
Channel Partner (CP) Database Support
Meet and interact with channel partners and local brokers to collect market inputs.
Assist in building and updating the CP database with on-ground insights.
Support coordination and follow-ups with CPs for market feedback.
Organize CP inputs and insights in structured formats.
Regulatory & RERA Research Support
Assist in verifying RERA details of projects during desk and field research.
Collect and maintain basic compliance-related information.
Support the team in updating regulatory trackers.
Pricing, Schemes & Buyer Data Support
Collect real-time pricing, schemes, and offers from project sites and CPs.
Assist in compiling buyer feedback and objections received on ground.
Support basic buyer profiling using provided templates.
Maintain pricing and scheme comparison sheets.
Reporting & Team Support
Compile field visit reports, photographs, and observations.
Assist in preparing basic reports, summaries, and presentations.
Organize research data into Excel / Google Sheets / presentations.
Support senior team members with assigned research tasks.
Field Work Requirement:
Mandatory on-ground fieldwork for 15–20 days per month.
Fieldwork includes site visits, area surveys, CP interactions, and land visits.
Travel allowance will be provided for approved field activities.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
