JOB DESCRIPTION – MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Promote and market Next Gen Academy courses and educational programs.
Generate student admissions and enrollments through online and offline marketing activities.
Achieve the assigned weekly target of 25 enrollments and monthly target of 100 enrollments.
Contact prospective students and parents through calls, messages, social media, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information regarding courses, fees, and admission procedures.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment reports.
Follow up with interested students until admission is completed.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Coordinate with the management team regarding admissions and marketing campaigns.
Ensure all enrollment information submitted is accurate and verified.
Represent Next Gen Academy professionally and maintain the organization's reputation.
Support promotional activities, lead generation campaigns, and student outreach programs.
Work towards increasing admissions and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR (KPI)
Weekly Enrollment Target: 25 Students
Monthly Enrollment Target: 100 Students
Only verified enrollments will be counted toward target achievement.
Performance and salary eligibility will be evaluated based on actual verified enrollments.
